Tube cutting+

Applications

More than cutting. Built for modern MedTech tube processing.
Laser Cutting+ covers a full spectrum of advanced laser operations — not just high-precision cutting, but also chamfering, turning, drilling, engraving, and surface texturing. From ultra-thin neurovascular stents to thick-walled hypotubes, LASEA systems adapt to your design, material, and production model.

All-in-one laser solution for tubes

One platform. All operations. All materials.

Hypostent offers on-center and off-center cutting, interrupted spiral patterns, diameter reduction (chamfering and turning), drilling, fine feature machining, deep engraving, and surface texturing, supporting both wet and dry cutting. Automation-ready with regripping and bar feeding, it processes components from 0.3 mm neurovascular stents to 13 mm ablation catheters with micron-level precision.
